The fall has started but the City of Brownsville made a Top 5 list for having the worst summer weather this year.

Meteorologists from the Weather Channel put out their “Top 5 Worst Summers” list today.

1. Washington DC
2. Little Rock, AR
3. Des Moines, IA
4. Brownsville, TX
5. Los Angeles

Each of the cities made the list for a different series of weather events that made life difficult for residents this summer.

Brownsville made the Number 4 spot for having a,  "tropical cyclone bullseye planted over it."

The Rio Grande Valley border city saw the most number of tropical weather events that’ve hit the United States this summer.

Among the events are Hurricane Alex in June, Tropical Depression Two in July and Tropical Storm Hermine in September.

Waterlogged Brownsville now has tropical rains and flooding that won’t go away.
