Heavy rain is moving through parts of the Rio Grande Valley again this morning.

These tropical showers could produce an additional one to three inches of rain on already saturated grounds.

Any additional rainfall is expected to runoff immediately, ending up on already flooded ground.

An Action 4 News crew traveling south on Highway 77 through the Raymondville area has reported heavy downpours reducing visibilities.

If you do encounter flooded roadways, turn around, don’t drown.

Torrential rain is possible again Monday afternoon.

A flash flood watch is in effect through Tuesday morning.

Showers and thunderstorms remain in the forecast for most of this week.
