There's a tropical wave over the Northwestern Caribbean sea that has become less organized, but a tropical depression could still form over the next couple of days.

It's moving Northwestward at 15 miles per hour.

There's a 40 percent chance of the wave becoming a tropical cyclone within the next 48 hours.

The Action 4 News Weather Team is tracking this tropical wave, and we will keep you updated with the latest.

For the meantime, this tropical wave is providing some tropical moisture to deep South Texas.

By midweek, the Valley should expect showers.

The chance of showers will extend to the rest of the week.
