A Harlingen man is behind bars after he allegedly exposed himself at a mobile home park's swimming pool.

Harlingen police arrested Ernesto Gomez Sanchez on indecency with a child, evading arrest and failure to identify charges on Saturday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that the incident took place at the Southern Breeze Mobile Home Park off Wilson Road around 3:15 p.m. Saturday.

A woman told police that Sanchez has been exposing himself and even masturbating at the mobile home park's swimming pool.

Officers saw Sanchez but the 41-year-old took off running.

Police caught him but he allegedly refused to give his name and information.

Sanchez appeared before Harlingen Municipal Court Judge Valerie Garcia on Sunday morning where he received $10,000 dollars in bonds.
