The food patrol is dishing out a record number of top performer stickers this early into the new year. Many health inspectors across the Valley are crediting the increase number of kitchens “keeping it clean,” to our program. But there is one dirty diner in Donna that ruined any chance of a clean sweep this week with all top performers. Taqueria Morales along 1102 East Business Highway 83 scored 22 demerits on a health inspection report. Not on the menu: evidence of rodents and off-temperature food.
