A man accused of robbing a Cricket Wireless store with a stun gun is behind bars.
Harlingen police arrested Israel Banda, Jr. on aggravated robbery charges late Thursday morning.
Banda is accused of robbing a Cricket store off Dixieland Road on January 11th.
Employees told police he threatened them with a stun gun and made off with about $300 dollars in cash.
Detectives told Action 4 News that they were able to identify Banda as the suspect.
Officers arrested him at a home 20515 Hatchet Rd in Harlingen at 11:33 a.m. Thursday.
Banda appeared before Harlingen Municipal Judge Valerie Garcia on Friday morning.
He remains behind bars under a $30,000 dollar bond.
