A lunchtime robbery had Harlingen police looking for an armed suspect in between several busy shopping centers.
Harlingen police told Action 4 News that a man walked into a Cricket Wireless store off Dixieland Road shortly before 1 p.m. Monday.
The man with his face painted black. displayed weapon, possibly a taser, to rob the store.
The man took off on foot towards U.S. Expressway 83.
Harlingen police combed the area and warned neighboring businesses.
The man was described as wearing a long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
