Three people are behind bars in after they allegedly tried to send two FedEx packages filled with marijuana.

Cameron County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested Jorge Luis Gonzales, Silvia Hernandez and Rodolfo Piñeda on Tuesday.

The three face possession of marijuana and engaging in organized crime charges.

The trio allegedly conpsired to send about 23 pounds of marijuana in two FedEx package.
