What a week it has been for Valley health inspectors! 

Restaurants were caught with an employee brushing their teeth in the kitchen, buying potentially hazardous shrimp and not keeping up with proper health rules to keep the public safe.  

One of them was even featured back in 2007 as the “dirtiest restaurant of the year.”
