Turkey phone bank set up for Thanksgiving advice

Need an expert to help with preparing your Thanksgiving Day turkey?

Turkey producer Butterball says it will have 55 experts to field an estimated 12,000 -thousand phone calls on Thanksgiving Day.

The annual Turkey Talk-Line functions year round, but gets a bit busier this time of year.

The phone experts have degrees in nutrition, food science and home economics.
