A Pharr family reached out to the Pothole Patrol after potholes are fixed but keep returning to their streets.

Lydia Villarreal and her son Johnny live off Kathy Street where potholes are fixed but don't stay that way.

The two said potholes return after each rain storm causing damage to vehicles and CDs being played inside their radio.

The Pothole Patrol contacted the City of Pharr.

City officials blame the constant potholes on nearby construction that causes heavy trucks to drive down the street.

They said the the street will be fixed once and for all once the construction is finished.
