Pedestrian Died after Accident in Laguna Heights

A man in Laguna Heights was struck by a vehicle and died on impact.

It happened at around midnight Sunday at the intersection of F.M. 100 and Roy Street.

According to D.P.S. Troopers, the driver of a 2009 Kia Sportage hit a pedestrian.

Authorities identified the deceased man as Erasio Elvino.

D.P.S. Troopers told Action 4 News the case is still under investigation.
