Hurricane season is here and Cameron County Emergency Management officials want to make sure everyone is prepared.
Authorities are issuing windshield stickers for Laguna Madre area residents to re-enter their homes after a hurricane.
South Ppadre Island vehicle re-entry stickers can be picked up at the town's fire department.
Laguna Vista residents' can pick up re-entry stickers at their city hall.
Port Isabel residents' can also head to city hall for their stickers.
All three sites are available monday through friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Those who already have a yellow sticker are prepared.
If not, leaders are asking residents to go to the following locations:
South Padre Island

Laguna Vista

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Port Isabel
