The Streets Of Speed "10 Cities, 10 Weeks" series continues in Week 4 with a visit to Edcouch in Hidalgo County.

The goal is to learn what different challenges different police departments face.

The Speedzapper learned that Edcouch only has two or three police officers on the streets at any given time.
