HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS -- A call from a concerned citizen led federal agents to a stash house in Hidalgo County on Thursday.

Action 4 News cameras were rolling as agents took 19 Mexican Nationals and one Honduran into custody.

Border Patrol officials said immigrant smuggling organizations use remote locations in order to hold immigrants as they come into the country.

"Whatever presents an opportunity for them to hide someone for moments or days, is what they utilize," said Border Patrol spokesman John Lopez.  "That is why we need the community to reach out to us and we're able to act upon that information."
