Man exposes himself at Harlingen McDonalds

A Harlingen man is behind bars after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman at a local McDonalds restaurant.

It happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday night at the McDonalds located along South 77 Sunshine Strip.

Harlingen police told Action 4 News that Martin Perez went up to a 38-year-old woman having dinner and flashed her.

She told management, who then called the police.

Perez fled the scene but was caught down the street and charged with indecent exposure.
