A very generous family in Harlingen wants to give a few hospital beds away.

Christina Granquist said Tuesday her family is willing to donate the beds to local V.F.W. posts, but no one has jumped at the offer.

She hopes someone who hears this story will take advantage.

"They're good beds, they're not ripped, they're not broken," said Granquist.  "They are good facility beds and I don't care if they take them for little kids, but someone's got to want them."

If you are interested in the hospital beds, call (956)792-9818.
