Harlingen woman arrested on child indecency charge

HARLINGEN, TEXAS -- A Harlingen woman has been charged for allegedly inappropriately touching a 16-year-old boy.

Harlingen police arrested Katy Daisy Herrera on Friday on a warrant.

The alleged victim's mother reported the alleged crime in February.

Herrera was arraigned Saturday.

Her bond is $12,000.
