It seems we are all trying to find ways to save money right now, and one place to cut back is the grocery store.
A national website says it can show you how to save big time on the food.
The people at the website called pinching your pennies.com say you can buy a cart full of groceries and in the end pay very little and save really big.
“A good shopping trip for me is when I save more than I spend...which is doable," said Karma Rasmussen.
She is part of an army of shoppers across the country.
“I go through the ads," Rasmussen said.
Who voluntarily scout ads for the best prices weekly, then post the best deals on the pinching your pennies website. Karma says she saves shoppers a lot of work.
“Rather than sitting down and pouring over the ads themselves, its already done for them," She said.
The best deals go on shopping lists, sorted by store. The site also tells shoppers where to find coupons.
“It's something I believe in so much. It helps so many people and right now people are struggling financially," she said.
The website was started by several Utah women, but has thousands of members across the country.
There are other sites that charge you to join, but pinching your pennies is free.
