The court hearing for an accused mass murderer has been delayed until Thursday, Feb. 19.
Roberto Rojas will remain in solitary confinment in Hidalgo County until his hearing.
Rojas is accused of shooting and killing his son, mother-in-law and two step sons.
He also allegedly shot and wounded his estranged wife.
The shootings happened in December of 2008 near Alton.
Rojas has a court-appointed attorney.
