Starr County man arrested in Reynosa for cloned credit cards

A Starr County man is facing charges in Reynosa after he allgedly using cloned credit cards.

Mexican police said they arrested Escobares resident Raul Gonzalez earlier this week.

Gonzalez allegedly to buy an iphone from an electronics store in Reynosa with a cloned credit card.

Gonzalez claims the credit card belonged to a friend who ran from police when Gonzalez was arrested.
