Authorities are looking for a suspect involved in the shooting of a Starr County woman.
Rio Grande City police said the woman was shot near Charco Blanco and Huisache Roads on Sunday night.
Police arrested suspects Hiram Garcia and Marco Fuentes for their alleged roles in the shooting.
But police said a third suspect identified as Joel Sepulved remains at large.
Sepulveda faces aggravated assault and engaging in organized criminal activity charges.
