Action 4 News cameras were the only ones rolling when an Edinburg mother made an outburst on the witness stand.
Gilbert Villareal is on trial for the April 2007 of gas station clerk Miguel Aguilar.
She testified about how she found her son's body in a pool of blood the night he was murdered.
During questioning from the prosecution, she slammed down her hand and shouted at the Villareal, "You had already killed him!"
Defense called for a mistrial following an outburst from the victim's mother.
