An elderly Raymondville man is facing criminal charges after being accused of drinking beer and fondling himself at a park in Harlingen.
Harlingen police arrested 64-year-old Emilio Guzman Coronado at Pendleton Park on the city’s northside.
Investigators told Action 4 News that a patrol officer was in the area when he saw Coronado inside his red Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The officer went up to the truck due to recent suspicious activity in the area and learned Coronado was masturbating and had been drinking a 24-ounce can of Bud Light beer.
Police arrested Coronado on public intoxication, possession of alcohol in a city park and indecent exposure charges.
Coronado appeared before a Harlingen Municipal Court judge on Friday where he was issued a $1,000 dollar bond.
