The second of two suspects is behind bars after they allegedly robbed raspa stand in Rio Grande City.

It all happened at the Ice Age Snow Cone stand on the 700 block of Avasolo Street around 8 p.m. Sunday.

Rio Grande City police reported that two men forced there way into the business wearing shirts over their faces.

The two suspects allegedly threatened an employee with a knife and a screwdriver.

The employee was not injured but police said the two subjects ran off on foot with around $100 dollars in cash and a portable DVD player.

Officers arrested suspect 20-year-old Juan De Dios Garza a block and a half away from the scene of the crime about an hour later.

Investigators said he lives two blocks form the snow cone stand.

Police said they learned Roger Lee Clarke was the second suspect in the robbery.

Officers arrested him on an aggravated robbery charge on Monday.

Investigators said he also lives two blocks away from the snow cone stand.
