Car crashes, nearly missing Harlingen home

A man was taken to the hospital after he crashed his car, nearly missing a Harlingen home.

According to police, the 27-year-old was speeding through the Harlingen High School South parking lot.

The driver spun out of control and crashed onto the property.

Harlingen Police, Fire Department and EMS all responded to Haverford Blvd.

The driver was taken to Valley Baptist Medical Center for his injuries.
