A Brownsville man is facing criminal charges after an incident where he was allegedly caught taking pictures of a teen girl's breasts.
Brownsville police arrested 50-year-old Jorge Serna on an improper photography charge on Sunday.
Investigators told Action 4 News that Serna was caught taking pictures of a 13-year-old girl's breasts with his cell phone.
The girl's father approached Serna while other witnesses called police.
When family members tried to take away Serna's cell phone, he allegedly threw it to the ground and tried to smash it with his foot.
Officers were able to look on the phone and saw pictures of the girl's breasts.
