San Juan Police need your help finding a man who brutally beat his wife with a wooden bat.

Neighbors heard commotion at the 4300 block of Rosy Street around 8:30 Tuesday morning, and called policed.

When officers arrived, they found a woman lying unconscious in a pool of blood, and her husband, Waldo Sanchez was nowhere to be found.

Investigators are not releasing why the couple was arguing, but did say the woman’s husband ‘repeatedly beat her with a bat”.

She sustained multiple injuries including a broken wrist and two broken fingers.

“She tried to escape through a window, but he stopped her” San Juan Police Sgt. Rudy Luna said.

The woman was also badly bruise all over her body.         

Tipters claim 32-year-old Sanchez fled to Reynosa, Mexico Tuesday following the attack, but investigators believe he is still in the area.

Waldo Sanchez is wanted to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon which is a felony charge.
