It will feel a little more seasonal in the RGV this coming week after a cold front moves through the South Texas Monday morning.

The frontal passage will reach the valley between dawn and noon Monday, drastically dropping temperatures throughout the day into the upper 50's Monday afternoon.

Temperatures are expected to drop into the 40's on Monday and Tuesday night.

Thunderstorms are also possible ahead and along the front, with the best chance in the early morning hours Monday.

Southeast winds are expected to return by the middle of the week increasing our temperatures.
