Now that Christmas is over, many people will begin looking to the new year to accomplish a few resolutions.

For some, those will include a makeover of your health plan.

Marie Shirley with Weight Watchers shows you how to rearrange your refrigerator to help reach those weight loss goals.

For example, place the healthier foods in the front so they are the first things you notice when you open the door. By placing the less healthy items towards the back, you'll be less tempted to want to indulge.

Also remember to portion your food intake. If you want to eat some of that chocolate pudding, opt for a single serving size and a sugar free item.

Weight Watchers wants you to remember that the refrigerator is a space that can truly make or break your weight loss goals.
