A Brownsville teen was arrested after he pinned his ex-girlfriend and her friend between two cars early Monday morning.

The incident happened on the 600 block of Old Port Isabel Rd around 3:15 a.m.

Brownsville Police said Ernesto Espinoza pushed his vehicle against another vehicle, pinning the girls in between the two cars.

The 17-year-old fled the scene, but witnesses were able to tell police where he went

Espinoza was arrested at his home on the 200 block of Calle Milpa Verde a short time later.

The victims were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Espinoza was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle and one count of Criminal Mischief.
