Vehicle hits bus accident from behind

School bus accident slows Harlingen traffic.

 

Harlingen Police spent the early Thursday morning hours clearing the scene of a school bus accident that happened on Harrison and Frontage Road.

               

Authorities say children were in the bus at the time of the accident, however no one was injured.

               

The accident happened during the 8 a.m. hour as the school bus was stopping at a railroad track, when a vehicle hit the bus from behind.

 

Police and fire officials were called to the scene.
