Man stabbed at grocery store, attacker on the run

An argument at a grocery store ends in a stabbing, and now the man is on the run.

Starr County Sheriff deputies told Action 4 News Oscar Perez got into heated argument with another man at the A&A Grocery Store on the east side of Rio Grande City.

Deputies said he ended up stabbing the man at least once on Feb. 2 and fled the scene.

Starr County's Violent Crime Unit and Task Force told Action 4 News Perez is considered dangerous.

The picture provided by authorities is very dark, but they hope people can still recognize him.
