An Action 4 News investigation gets network news attention.

Action 4's Joey Horta appeared on the O'Reilly Factor on Fox News tonight with his recent investigation into food stamp abuse happening in the valley.

A gas station clerk came forward with a Lone Star card receipt that had over 7 thousand dollars on it.

According to the state its perfectly legal because food stamp benefits rollover from month to month indefinitely.

Our investigation has State Rep. Terry Canales of Edinburg considering changing the rules.
