The Department of Public Safety has identified a man killed in a fatal crash.
A state report states Guillermo Antonio Posadas was not wearing a seatbelt when he was killed.
DPS troopers said the driver of a Chevrolet Impala, pulled out of a private driveway on FM 2812.
Troopers indicate he failed to yield the right of way and collided with a motorcycle traveling Westbound on FM 2812.
Posadas,20, was taken to McAllen Medical where he later died.
The driver of the Impala was not injured in the crash.
The investigation into this crash continues.
It's unknown if criminal charges will be filed.
