Cars flips over on residential street in Harlingen

Authorities are investigating an accident where a car flipped over in a neighborhood next to the Harlingen WalMart.

It all happened on Haverford Boulevard just after 6 p.m. Monday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that a Toyota Rav4 was driving down the street when the driver became distracted.

The driver hit a parked pickup truck causing her car to flip over.

Paramedics rushed the driver to a local hospital but her medical condition was not immediately available.

The accident drew numerous spectators and remains under investigation.
