Many national restaurant chains are honoring Veterans and active duty across the nation by offering them free food.

Many deals hit the internet this.  According to About.com, the freebies are “nationwide, but some are only at participating locations”. 

It’s important you call the location before going.

Veteran’s Day Meal List:

·         Texas Roadhouse:  FREE lunch Nov. 12^th on selected entrees

·         Red Robin:  FREE Tavern Double burger and Bottomless Steak Fries

·         Applebee’s:  Offering a FREE Signature entrée on November 11

·         Olive Garden:  FREE meal on selected entrees on Nov. 11th

·         Denny’s: Free all you can eat Nov. 12^th from 6am to 2pm

·         Golden Corral:  Nov. 12^th FREE meals from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

·         T.G.I. Friday’s:  FREE lunch Nov. 12^th from 11am to 2pm

·         Chili’s:  FREE meal on selected entrees on Nov. 11^th

Many of the locations do require you to bring your military ID to take advantage of the free meals.

If you pay close attention, many of the deals are on different days, and require you eat certain entrees.
