A tip lands two suspected black tar heroin dealers behind bars.

Brownsville Police said a person called their Crime Stoppers Line tipping them off to a home that had people coming in and out at all time of hours.

Investigators set-up up surveillance and noticed the same thing.

Jose Becker and Marvin Ruiz were both arrested, after police found 3.3 grams of black tar Heroin.

Black tar heroin, police said, is not a common drug used in the Brownsville area.
