Edinburg police search for suspects involved in drive-by shooting

Several shots rang out around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning near the intersection of Sprague and 2nd street in Edinburg.

Police told Action 4 News a 25-year-old man was stopped at the intersection when a group pulled up next to him and fire several rounds into the vehicle.

The victim was not hit and the suspects took off.

We're told the suspects were driving a white passenger vehicle---an exact description was immediately available.

Edinburg police urge the public to call 381-TIPS with information on this case.
