Rio Grande City man dies in ATV accident

Texas Highway Patrol

A 30-year-old man is dead following an ATV accident late Saturday night.

Texas Highway Patrol Troopers said Abraham Reyna was traveling at a high rate of speed on Rio Concho Street near Garciaville when he lost control and rolled over.

Reyna was ejected and prounced dead at the Starr County Hospital.

Troopers said he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
