Living in the Rio Grande Valley, you've probably heard many different opinions regarding violence spilling over from Mexico.

The different perspectives regarding spillover border violence will be showcased Wednesday at 2 p.m. during the premiere of "Cameron County Ready" at a Border Violence Summit.

Cameron County Emergency Management Coordinator, Humberto Barrera, spoke about the summit and what you can expect to learn this morning on Action 4 Sunrise.

Law enforcement officials from across the country and other special guests are expected to attend the showing at the Harlingen Convention Center at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

The public is invited to attend the free event to voice their concerns and opinions on the issue.
