A Brownsville man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly used his cell phone to take pictures of a woman under her dress.
It all happened at the Target store off Morrison Road in Brownsville back on July 1st.
Brownsville police reported that 26-year-old Servando Gonzalez Maldonado is facing an improper photography charge.
The woman told police that she was unaware of what was happening a until a witness told her.
Maldonado admitted to police that he took one picture but had erased it from his cell phone after the witness told the woman what had happened.
