An unidentified man is murdered in broad daylight on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators told Action 4 News a grey vehicle pulled up beside the victim on Bensten Palm Drive and 3 Mile Line just after 2 p.m.
“A worker with Garza Carwash heard two shots and ran outside,” said Hidalgo County Sheriff Commander John Montemayor and found a male victim on the ground.
The shooter or shooters got away in a grey vehicle, so far no arrests have been.
Witnesses claim the man was reportedly shot in the face, but authorities have not confirmed the information.
Investigators have not released the identity of the victim.
