Over 1000 people without power in San Benito Sunday morning

Widespread power outages were reported in the San Benito area Sunday morning.

Around 8 a.m., 1200 people were without electricity.

Magic Valley Electric Cooperative told Action 4 News that a powerline had burned out at the mobile substation.

The station is located off of Rangerville Road.

By 9:30, power was back up in the area.
