An accused drug dealer and four others are behind bars after allegedly selling cocaine to a man accused of a double murder and kidnapping north of Weslaco.

Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Raul Garza for the murders of a woman and a 12-year-old girl.

Investigators told Action 4 News that Garza raped the 12-year-old girl, killed her and then kidnapped another woman.

Garza allegedly told deputies that he did it all while under the influence of cocaine.

Authorities identified Garza's alleged drug dealer and raided his home off Billman Road just north of Donna.

Deputies arrested the alleged drug dealer and four others at the scene.

Investigators allegedly found 36 baggies of cocaine and $2,310 dollars in cash.

All five of those arrested are facing possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver charges.

They are all expected to be arraigned at the Hidalgo County Jail at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
