Fatal overnight accident in Harlingen

Members of the Action 4 News team worked together to bring you this report.

An overnight single-car accident in Harlingen left a driver dead and the passengers critically injured.

The fatal accident happened around 2 a.m. Saturday in front of the Logan’s Restaurant on the Expressway 83 frontage road.

The woman driving had crashed into a palm tree and was killed instantly.

The vehicle’s passengers were transported to a nearby hospital.
