Two illegal immigrants have been rushed to the hospital after being attacked by a swarm of bees in McCook.

Two illegal immigrants have been rushed to the hospital after being attacked by a swarm of bees in McCook.

It all happened behind an abandoned home off FM 490 in the northern Hidalgo County community.

Investigators said a group of illegal immigrants had been staying at the home.

Details were not immediately available but were attacked by the bees on the property.

A farmer found the immigrants in sunflower field and helped them.

Two of the illegal immigrants were stung so bad that they needed to be rushed to a hospital.

Their medical condition was not immediately known.
