A La Paloma man is out on bond after being accused of molesting a San Benito girl and her little sister.

Cameron County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested Cesar Abel Andrade on Monday.

The 41-year-old man is accused of two counts of indecency with a child by contact.

Court records show that Andrade is accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl and her 8-year-old sister during a New Year’s Eve party.

Andrade knew the girl’s mother and was among the guests at the party.

The 10-year-old girl was having nightmares about what happened and made an outcry at her elementary school.

Andrade appeared before Cameron County Magistrate Judge Patricia Edelstein on Tuesday morning where he was issued $50,000 dollars in bonds.

Jail records show Andrade was released on Tuesday after posting the bonds.
