Authorities are investigating a rollover accident that left a Harlingen woman dead and two others injured.
Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) state troopers told Action 4 News it happened off FM 509 in Los Indios around 1:40 a.m. Friday.
Investigators said driver Alexis Alvarado Garcia was speeding and lost control on a curve.
State troopers said the 24-year-old and her two passengers were not wearing seat belts.
All three of them were ejected from the vehicle.
Paramedics rushed all three of them to the Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
State troopers said Garcia died from her injuries.
The conditions of the two other passengers was not immediately available.
