Authorities are asking for the public’s help in catching suspect caught on tape after shooting a Burger King restaurant in McAllen.

It all happened at the restaurant’s 1101 South 10th Street location around 8 p.m. Sunday.

McAllen police told Action 4 News that at least two men inside a Jeep Liberty opened fire on the restaurant.

The gunfire broke a window and scared customers at the busy restaurant.

A motive isn’t clear but surveillance cameras caught the suspect vehicle on tape.

Anyone with information about the vehicle or the identity of the suspects is asked to call McAllen Crime Stoppers at (956) 687-TIPS or (956) 687-8477.
